Personal assistance is still unavailable to some who need it, in the needed scope, although this service is the precondition for the independent lives of people with disabilities. With this grant, RWF supports Centre “Living Upright” in their long-term efforts to provide this essential service, followed by the key advocacy processes aimed at synchronizing legislations and practices with users’ needs.
