Donating on our webpage is possible through one of the following ways: credit cards \u2013 VISA, Maestro or MasterCard – that support online payments. Card payment is possible in cooperation with AllSecure doo and Intesa bank and is done safely with certificate through AllSecure Payment Gateway with simple entry of data from your credit card.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
After the data is entered and payment secured, the bank authorizes the transaction and with it, the donation is approved. The amount will be reserved on your card (account) and will not be available for other purposes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When entering the payment card information, confidential information is entered through public network in protected (encrypted) form by using the SSL protocol, applying the most recent methods of tokenization of sensitive data, and according to PCI-DSS standards. Foundation will not have any access to the payment card information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
3D Secure protection for all foundations and donors – AllSecure Payment Gateway uses the highest global standards for data protection and privacy. All users of AllSecure Payment Gateway are automatically included in 3D Secure protection, where donors are guaranteed the security of their donations. The credit card numbers are not stored with the foundation\u2019s systems and the entry is protected with the SSL data encryption.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
PCI DSS Standards – AllSecure Payment Gateway are constantly being synchronized with all demands of cards\u2019 organization for improving the level of security. Since 2005 until present, without interruption, the system has been certified as PCI-DSS Level 1, the highest standard in the insustry. PCI Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) is a norm that defines necessary measures of security while processing, keeping and transferring the sensitive card data. PCI Standrars are used to protect sensitive data about the user of cards during the whole process of payment: from the moments of data entry at the foundation\u2019s website, during communication between RWF and relevant banks and cards\u2019 organizations as well as posterior data guards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In case of eventual problems regarding donations, the donor can send a complaint to email address office@rwfund.org<\/strong>.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n Donations can be returned in case the payment was made by payment card misuse by third parties, or in case of entering the wrong donation amount when paying, in accordance with the procedure established through these Terms of use.<\/p>\n\n\n\n In case of entering the wrong donation amount, the donor needs to submit a scanned written and elaborated request for donation return, in a free form, signed by the owner of the payment card, up to 120 days after making the donation. The request can be submitted to\u00a0office@rwfund.org<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0or via post (address: Bra\u0107e Baruh 6\/41, 11000 Belgrade). Along with the request, the donor needs to forward the email with the confirmation of the transaction, scanned ID document of the payment card owner and contact number.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The donor will be contacted by Reconstruction Women\u2019s Fund within 30 working days upon receiving the accurate request. Reconstruction Women\u2019s Fund will only be able to return the assets to the donor on the banking account connected to the payment card used for making the donation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The returns are made exclusively via VISA, EC\/MC and Maestro payment methods, meaning that, at the request of Reconstruction Women\u2019s Fund, the bank will return the assets to the banking account of the payment card user.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Requests for returns submitted after 120 days upon making the donation or to the addresses different than the ones stated above will not be considered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n All payments will be effected in Serbian currency \u2013 dinar (RSD). The amount your credit card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price in Euro into Serbian dinar according to the current exchange rate of the Serbian National Bank. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated in our web site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Reconstruction Women\u2019s Fund is exempt from VAT.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Cancelation of monthly recurring donations can be done in any moment by accessing the page \u201cMy account\u201c.
