Service by telephone or<br \/>\ndirect contact with women victims of domestic violence, identification of the related institution<br \/>\nand advocating for support needed. Roma women who are not familiar with Serbian language,<br \/>\ntraditionally close to talk about domestic violence, have an opportunity to communicate in their<br \/>\nmother tongue, and since \u201eOsvit\u201c\u00a0 is\u00a0 the only SOS in Nis, they offers support to all women victims<br \/>\nand survivors of violence.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>2. Roma Center for Women and Children DAJE, Beograd<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>RSD<\/strong>: 299.560,00<br \/>\n<strong>Project title<\/strong>: Prevention and combating violence through the work of SOS telephone for Roma<br \/>\nwomen<br \/>\n<strong>Project goal:<\/strong>\u00a0Continuing in incessantly spreading information on SOS telephone for Roma women.<br \/>\nSOS consultations: emotional and psychological support to women survivors of any form of<br \/>\nviolence. SOS consultations on legal aspects of domestic and sexual violence. Inclusion, mediation,<br \/>\ninformation and advocacy in the institutions. Workshops with Roma women in Jabu\u010dki Rit, Mali and<br \/>\nVeliki Mokri Lug.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>3. There are three main activities: lessening violence against women<br \/>\nin Roma settlements, acquisition of personal documents for Roma women and children in the<br \/>\nsettlements Jabuka, Deponija and Dolovo, information to Roma women about the jurisdictions of<br \/>\ncenters for social work, police and prosecutors&#8217; offices.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>4. Women\u2019s Space, Ni\u0161<br \/>\nRSD:<\/strong>\u00a0299.1 00,00<br \/>\n<strong>Project title<\/strong>: Festival of women\u2019s activism and art \u2013 FemiNi\u0161 2012<br \/>\nThird Festival of women\u2019s activism and art FemiNi\u0161 organized by Women\u2019s Space, center for Girls<br \/>\nand Alternative Cultural Center, September 20-25: promotion of the ideas and politics of women\u2019s<br \/>\nself-organizing and womne\u2019s human rights in the city of Nis and increased visibility of women<br \/>\nworking on theory, art and activism. Locations: Nis Cultural Center, Student Cultural Center, Public<br \/>\nLibrary Stevan Sremac and working spaces of he organising groups.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>5. Focused on the questions of power, the one which has been established<br \/>\nand the pne which produces resistance to dominant structures. In cooperation with feminist magazine Bang from<br \/>\nStocholm.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>6.\u00a0 SOS for Women and Children Victims of Violence, Vlasotince<br \/>\nRSD:<\/strong>\u00a0300.000,00<br \/>\n<strong>Project title:\u00a0<\/strong><em>My decision \u2013 my responsibility<\/em><br \/>\n<strong>Project goal:\u00a0<\/strong>Education of the group of new volunteers and pupils who will start secondary schools<br \/>\nin the autumn: on models of patriarchal work through nationalism, xenophobia and fundamentalism.<br \/>\nWorkshops, films, discussions.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>7. LAUNDRY<br \/>\nRSD<\/strong>: 180.000,00<br \/>\n<strong>Project title:<\/strong>\u00a0LITLLE WORLDS\/Exibition of contemporary arts and humanitatrian auction<br \/>\n<strong>Project goal:\u00a0<\/strong>Collective exibition gathering young contemporary artists from Serbia, various medi<br \/>\na, works of small formats and subjective expressions. 60% of the auction goes to Autonmous<br \/>\nWomen\u2019s Center, 40% to the artists. Next to the action\/auction, the project aims to support creative<br \/>\nwork of young artists who have just graduated or who are close to finalize the academia and to<br \/>\nfacilitate their entering the cultural scene and the precarious art market.<\/p>\n<p><strong>8. Independent Women\u2019s Center, Dimitrovgrad<br \/>\nRSD:\u00a0<\/strong>240.300,00<br \/>\n<strong>Project title:\u00a0<\/strong>Women\u2019s rights are human rights too \u2013 Transfer your knowledge to another woman<br \/>\n(continuation)<br \/>\n<strong>Project goal:\u00a0<\/strong>Sharing the knowledge activists acquired in years participating in seminars, workshops<br \/>\nand lectures. New members will be given a chance to receive the information from close women,<br \/>\nwithout restraints, and more experienced members could implement, strengthen and advance their<br \/>\nknowledge.
