This grant was awarded to a group of activists for a direct field response to the crisis emerging after the floods in Vlasotince and surrounding places. The grant is a way of standing in solidarity with the most vulnerable groups of population of the flooded area, which are mainly residents of a Roma settlement and older women in rural surroundings, whose needs are systemically neglected both in flood prevention and reactions once when floods already happen.
