This year, with the campaign UNCORK – CHIP IN A PROPER PLACE! we encourage our friends to think about investing in the future of women, women’s groups, as well as about investing in the only women’s fund in Serbia – Reconstruction Women’s Fund.

The idea of local philanthropy is to encourage people to invest in better future, together to build relations committed to equality, solidarity, transparency and humanity.

We live in the times when we have to take care of ourselves, to care about others, to invest in changes and better social relationships. Sometimes we believe we don’t have much to give, that only the rich change the world, that our role is invisible and miserable. If one gives what one can, whatever it could be, enough will be collected to change someone’s life.

Reconstruction Women’s Fund supported over 80 groups from the most diverse places in Serbia.

In the last three years we awarded 184 grants in the programs Women’s Initiatives and Special Focus, 16 Rapid Response grants and 29 stipends “Žarana Papić”. 

*Reconstruction Women’s Fund is the first local women’s foundation in Serbia.

Mission of Reconstruction Women’s Fund is to support and maintain feminist political platfom against war, nationalism, racism, militarism, all forms of discrimination and violence against women.

Basic functions of RWF is accountable, transparent and countinous fundraising, financial and experienced support and connection of compatible initiatives.
